If you've been around for a while then you know that I've know Melody since middle school and it's still absolutely nuts to me that she birthed this little thing six months ago (well more like seven now).
I hung out with Melody and Tyler to do some maternity pictures before Natalie graced the world with her presence and I'm so glad that they choose me to capture this milestone as well. You can see some of the pictures from their maternity shoot at this link right hurr > https://www.bykreneephotography.com/single-post/2017/09/07/Melody-Tyler-Natalie-To-Be.
In the mean time let's check out some of the amazing and super fun shots we got from their latest session.
Something fun I learned recently was that our freshman year of high school when we all did that project where you take home a fake baby and try not to kill it for a week, Melody named her's Natalie. She completely forgot about it when naming her own baby. This Nat is definitely much cuter than the plastic one though.
After we got a handful of family shots in we set up little Natalie by herself and let her work her precious magic. Like most babies who are ridiculously happy every other second of the day Natalie wasn't too smiley but those big blue eyes made even the most serious of stares adorable.
Helpful tip for anyone else that wants to do photography, especially of little ones, make sure that everything you put out can be put in their mouth because if they can reach it they will try to eat it. However sometimes it can lead to adorableness, like when they try to eat the fake bottle of milk. Pure adorbs.
I keep a bubble blower in my trunk. I have since I started doing kids photos a year ago. Why you ask? It does some cool stuff. Plus what kid doesn't love bubbles?
Natalie's dad is in the Navy so we wanted to take some photos with his tags, and just him for her to have. Plus look, here's another thing for her to chew on haha.
& of course if you do pictures with just daddy you have to do them with just mom too
We've already got plans in the works for Natalie's One Year session and I can't wait to create and share those with you guys as well! Be sure to subscribe so that you can be one of the first to see these fun packed blogs. Feel free to share with anyone else you think might enjoy them as well, or anyone that you think might be interested in their own session!
